OUR VISION

Starting my career as a public defender in Atlanta, Georgia, I got to see horrific injustices taking place on the daily. These injustices were something that once you have seen, you cannot unsee. I will never forget the things certain individuals did "in the name of the law" - justifying their actions by claiming to serve some greater good. I will never forget the struggles and setbacks entire groups of people face at the hands of the Government, regardless of their guilt or innocence. I thought America was a place where people are innocent until proven guilty, but I witnessed that people are treated the exact opposite.

As an attorney, I strive to keep the Government accountable and ensure that the individuals who carry a gun and badge follow the laws and the rules that they so viciously enforce. I strive to showcase excellence - both at understanding and litigating the law - because I know that so much more rides on a case than just the outcome of that case.

Zoe Aron is an experienced attorney and partner of Zoe Aron Law, P.C., based in Los Angeles, California with remote abilities available for Georgia. After years of working as a public defender, Zoe decided to branch out and open her own firm as to enjoy the freedoms of practicing different areas of the law. Her time as a criminal defense attorney endowed her with valuable litigation experience and provided her with the knowledge and understanding of how to fight - and win - a case in front of a judge or jury.

Zoe Aron started her career in Atlanta, Georgia as an Assistant Public Defender. Here she defended the indigent population and upheld the Constitutional rights of the most ignored and neglected groups of people. While an Assistant Public Defender, Zoe helped hundreds of individuals arrested and imprisoned on felony and misdemeanor charges throughout every stage of their cases. Zoe gained valuable trial experience while a public defender and has sat on multiple murder cases.

Zoe attended Brown University for her undergraduate degree where she earned a Bachelors of Art in Economics. Upon graduating from Brown, Zoe moved to Atlanta and attended Emory University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate and graduated at the top of her class with High Honors. She was also awarded membership of the Order of the Coif, which is reserved for JD students who have graduated in the top 10% of their class and who are elected to the Order by the Emory Chapter, which consists exclusively of full-time Emory Law faculty members.

Currently, Zoe is a member of the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers, the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, the Georgia Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Zoe also serves as a mentor to law students through the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association, an organization founded by Judge Ana Maria Martinez, who Zoe tried multiple cases in front of. She was hand selected by Judge Martinez for this position.
